IT ALL STARTS IN THE FOREST
Our activities are based on forestry. A tree does not grow overnight. Forests need experienced professionals who take care of the forests, log with consideration and process timber economically. We process the raw material at the sawmill, we are a major seller of timber material. We produce trusses, girders, pallets, timber packaging and briquettes. When processing timber, we make full use of the timber.
Many years of activity in the field have made us experienced foresters. Forest owners and forestry companies use our services in all areas: growing activities, afforestation, stand tending, forest management and logging, including thinning and trade in logs.
TIMBER WORLD (called RÁJ DŘEVA in Czech) has been operating as a network of retail shops and wholesale warehouses since 2015. We want to enable do-it-yourselfers and companies to buy quality goods. We offer a wide range of products in the shops – in addition to timber (KVH structural timber, OSB, floorboards, sawn timber, plywood, etc.), we also offer protective coatings, impregnation and fasteners. If you can’t find the material to fulfil your ideas, we will customise it thanks to our own production.
We have been engaged in timber processing since 1992. All timber comes from Czech forests and is processed at our sawmills. Thanks to this, we can control and guarantee first-class quality throughout the production process. We produce sawn timber exactly according to the specified parameters. If required, we heat-treat sawn timber and mark it with the required data (symbol, country code, manufacturer/treatment provider code, treatment code).
We wouldn’t be a timber company without our own sawmill. We can make any sawing on our band saw. We offer sawing itself from 10m3. Experienced staff will even do specific log sawing perfectly for trusses and truss ties, but we are happy to cut logs according to your requirements.
Our own experience in building the Training Centre has confirmed to us that timber houses are an equivalent alternative to classic brick/stone houses. We apply our experience with timber production and processing in the construction of timber houses that meet the high demands of customers. In addition, timber houses have advantages that classic houses can’t offer – they can be built in any season and really fast.
Our own fleet allows us to safely deliver our products throughout the European Union. We always adapt to the customer’s time possibilities – we deliver the goods at the agreed time.
You can also use our fleet externally – tell us your transport request and we will arrange everything else. We carefully plan everything and deliver the goods to the designated place at the agreed time.
The Training Centre and the Stables are in the premises the history of which dates back to 1870. Since its foundation, the premises have served as a farmstead which, unfortunately, was not properly taken care of. When we decided to reconstruct it, there were only a few half-demolished perimeter walls. There was an opening ceremony in 2014 after several years of demanding reconstruction.
The premises of the newly renovated building of the former Stables offer renting possibilities for various social events – weddings, corporate parties or exhibitions. Elegant modern elements underline the building’s historical heritage.
The production plants in Blatno and Duchcov are already among the most modern complexes of the wood processing industry.
Planned new buildings – for example, an energy block or a new sawmill – will allow us to further expand production and meet any of your requirements and expectations.
